During live events, I need to make quick updates without access to a desktop. Currently, key actions like editing pricing, adding items, or managing transactions require logging in through a browser.
The mobile app should support full admin capabilities, including:
Editing pricing and items in real time
Managing transactions and payments
Accessing essential dashboard functions
This would significantly improve efficiency for organizations operating in fast-paced, on-site environments.

Oof, yeah. Technically one CAN do it, but in reality, you're often unable to save changes on phone because the impossible-to-move Zeffy Chat icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen completely covers up the Save button. SO FRUSTRATING when at an event and have a need to make a last-minute correction!

We would love to see an app for iPhones and Androids that can be used to check in participants for events. It would also be helpful to have this for managing campaigns without a web browser.

Now that we have Tap to Pay and check-in, can we also have the full service app so we don't have to go to the website to change tickets, etc.

It would be very helpful to have a Zeffy app for non-profits that had everything the website has. Currently the only Zeffy app for IOS is the tap to pay app for processing payments.
