Zero out item quantity of each item offered after a sale is complete.

We are using a campaign store for our concessions. We have each item entered as an option to purchase and add to the "cart". After we accept the payment, the quantities remain for the next person purchasing so we have to manually zero them all out before the next persons purchase. Same for our spiritwear store items. Once a payment is completed, each item quantity should revert back to zero to avoid anyone being overcharged or having to manually update every item back to zero before the next purchase can be completed. That is very time consuming in a high paced environment, especially if a lot of items are offered.
