Feature requests

Although we could ask it as a custom question, I would like for the donation form to have multiple entry amounts where donors can indicate how much they would like to donate to each fund I have.

I would like to be able to easily transfer a ticket to a different date, instead of having to issue a refund and asking the customer to re-purchase.

Currently, if I create a donation campaign with a thermometer, it will automatically show the list of donors on the form. Vice versa, if I create a donation form without the list of donors publically visible, that means I don't have access to a thermometer. It would be great to be able to add a thermometer to a donation form or to hide the list of donors from a donation campaign.
