One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

In English, the use of "annual membership" is more commonly accepted than "yearly membership." Swapping "yearly" to "annual" on the membership form would enhance Zeffy's professional tone.

Can it be configured alphabetically by last name.

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

I would like emails sent from my domain instead of zeffy's

It would be great if Zeffy was a partner with Zapier. This way Zeffy users can create workflows and automations for our events and campaigns that directly feed into whatever systems we're using (GSuite, Slack, etc.).

Would be nice to see multi factor authentication option for admin accounts to ensure better security of the accounts.

I know this has been a previous commented on sentiment, and has been marked complete. But I still feel that there is too much Zeffy branding and not nearly enough for my organization. Why do we have to have receipts and such look like Zeffy? These are not my organizations colors or branding and I have had several donors express confusion. If I was sending a tax receipt it would look much more professional business letter like. I do not feel that just having our logo in one place is enough. There should be the option to have the platform work with the organizations brand colors. So in my case it would be Red & Grey.

Clone form with photos so that I don't have to re-upload photos each time. Once inside the form, I'd like to be able to duplicate the ticket and move each ticket up and down more easily instead of adding a new ticket at the bottom and having to click on the arrows to move it to the spot you want it.
