Feature requests

I'd love to see an option to attach a document. I want to send my purchaser a PDF after their purchase/I would like to be able to add a PDF attachment to reminder emails and manual emails sent from the platform.

It is currently only possible to search for a contact by first name, or last name, or email address. We have a lot of donors with the same first or last name so it would be helpful to be able to search by full name. It is only possible to search for contacts by first name, last name, or email address. We have several donors with the same first and/or last names so I would like to be able to search by full name.

It would be great to be able to customize the message sent to members when it is time to renew their memberships.

Say we are offering two different tickets for an event, i want to be able to easily select and email the people who purchased just one of them. This is very useful when offering waitlist as one of the ticket types and i want to email just the people on waitlist.

In the customer file, the year of donations is not displayed. We have to click on the transaction to know it. It can be very confusing. Thanks!

when you draft an email and try to update the contact list to include the most recent form completions, it deletes the drafted email

When adding a variable or button to an email, it automatically gets placed at the bottom of the email and everything else needs to be moved around it instead of being able to move the button itself either with the curser or by copy and pasting. Would love the ability to move buttons and variables around.

Suggestion to add column for Tags to the import contacts excel template. Useful when migrating from Mailchimp.

Make an embeddable newsletter or sign up form so people can be added to contacts and/or mailing lists from our website. Would also be great to allow the person signing up to choose a 'segment' that they want to be a part of Embeddable newsletter subscription form so that people can be added to contacts and/or mailing lists from our website. It would also be interesting to allow the person who signs up to choose a “segment” they want to be a part of.
