Feature requests

When a member's account automatically renews their monthly membership, their name is duplicated on the "members" list. I now have an inaccurate member count and have to manually count/remove duplicate names to get the "real" member number. Can we get a way to sort/filter lists to show only active memberships or only display a list of members and not a list of transactions?

I want to create relationships between contacts (Couple, Family, Company...)

I want to be able to add custom information to my contact's page and be able to filter by it. Typically information that I would add for multiple of my contacts. I would like to be able to add custom information to my contacts page and filter it. This is usually information that I would add for several of my contacts.

Every day for the past a couple weeks you’ve sent me a email with “Tips and tricks for my upcoming event”, sometimes twice a day. You also occasionally send me emails about donors who have disengaged. Neither of these sorts of emails are in any way helpful and they just clutter up my inbox. It would be nice to be able to get you to stop sending them.

I apologize if this is a duplicate of an existing request: Currently, when tickets are bought online, an email is sent containing a link to download the e-ticket. Once I purchased a ticket very close to the start of the event but the email did not arrive for over a half hour and by then the event had already started. Therefore, the link to download the tickets should also be provided online when the sale is completed so you do not have to wait for an email to get them.

I want my members to benefit from special ticket prices by having their membership automatically detected when they land on the form.

When a user accesses a membership form, I would like there to be a feature where Zeffy identifies if that user already has an active membership running and where the user is notified of this on the form (i.e. Zeffy notifies them that they already have a membership expiring on X date).

When a check is entered manually, it would be helpful for the notification to be sent to the email addresses listed in the advanced settings of a campaign.
