We are a nonprofit garden and run an annual plant sale fundraiser where we sell plants to benefit our garden. Prices on plants vary widely, and we would like to be able to have the Cashiers enter several items and when done get a total, without a lot of identifying information, which is not needed for this Sale. Using a Donation form works for us, but with perhaps an added "Add another item?" and then "Done" or something similar to go to the payment screen, with the total showing. It needs to be quick to be useful for us. Keeping the card reader active while the app is open is also useful. Thank you.

When processing payments through the Tap to Pay app, the ticket purchase limits (maximum quantity) aren’t being enforced. It would be great if the app could mirror the behavior of the online form and prevent users from selecting more tickets than the per purchase limit I’ve set.

Having all forms show up on tap to pay makes it impractical to use- The intent is to accept in person payments for some forms. I can't imagine a scenario when all forms, including financial collections summaries would be exposed to every volunteer / user who is accepting payments !!

I would love a way to see which organization user took the tap to pay payment in order to give them credit during field donation collection. Our Scouts get credit for their work and it's hard to see who collected what.

It would be great to login to the Tap to Pay with face ID instead of email + password

Our pto would love to be able to have the tap to pay option on our android phones for events

I would like to be able to ask buyers custom questions via the tap-to-pay app so that I can collect more information during a purchase.

It takes a very long time for customers at in person sales to fill in their email inside of the tap to pay app for their sale receipts. Adding a field for them to just get an SMS link to their receipt would be so much faster!

We have just recently started using zeffy but it is great for people signing up for our fundraising events. I would like to be able to take payments on the door but for some reason the tap to pay app is not available to download in the UK. I was wondering if there was a reason for this and if anything could be done about it?

Currently, tap-to-pay transactions just show up on the guest list as (voided) blank info transactions for events we run door tickets for, using the app. Those folks who bought pre-sale tickets are on the guest-list with their first/last name, easily found and checked in when they arrive. Sometimes we hold off on starting events based on our guest list check-in vs. non-checked in folks - it's hard to determine this ratio with a bunch of bank tap-to-pay transactions clogging up the guest list with no ability to check them in smoothly. I propose an auto check-in function to automatically check in the folks that buy door (tap-to-pay) tickets and immediately enter our theater. This could be made even better if tap-to-pay transactions could at least include first/last name data in the transaction as well.
