Feature requests

In an Ontario non-profit corporation, members are legal stakeholders with voting rights and governance power similar to shareholders, while supporters are general donors, fans, or participants who have no formal legal or voting rights unless explicitly granted membership. Under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), these two roles carry very different legal definitions, responsibilities, and privileges. https://www.ontario.ca/page/guide-not-profit-corporations-act-2010#section-6 Our NPO cannot use the Membership features at all because of this, we have to legally call them something else (We use Supporters) but we heavily rely on our Supporters for a monthly subscription and we would benefit greatly from being able to use the membership features on Zeffy!

I would like to be able to have one set of communication for all contacts across all my profiles. Currently if we want to send out the same email to all contacts we have to do it 30 times because of our profiles.

Would be great to be able to merge contacts and keep both emails attached. Some people want to be subscribed with both a work and personal email; or have donated using different email addresses at different times. We want to capture all of this data and ensure they are getting our emails wherever they want to receive them. Could even have a check box to choose which email address to send a given email to, or be allowed to put different emails in different groups.

I am trying to upload past donor history to Zeffy payments with the CSV upload tool, but the types/categories of donation ("donation," "ticket," "membership," etc.) are VERY limiting. We have other categories we would like to keep track of on Zeffy, such as grants, event co-sponsors, and even "other" as a category! Please allow all donation types/write-ins to be valid! Thank you! :)

We are a sports league and would like to have Sports balls like baseball, soccer, football, basketball, and volleyballs floating around and if you can the collective sports layouts so like a baseball, soccer, and football fields and basketball court and for volleyball a net.

Year‑to‑Date (YTD) total on the Contact information page (alongside all‑time donations, largest donation, and last donation date).

An NPO uses Zeffy to manage annual subscriptions. In order to simplify the processes, we would like to know if it would be possible to have a Zeffy-Wordpress integration that would allow the member directory to be displayed on a page and for each one, all the fields that they would have clicked on as if they accepted to be made public. Right now, we need to manage a list of members on another WP plugin and check/fix everything by hand.

I'd love to be able to filter who has unsubscribed so I can find them easily.

Only certain kinds of text are enterable into the First and Last name fields in Zeffy. This is problematic for people who use numbers in their name, such as people who use indigenous languages (such as our local Secwépemctsín used by the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc) for their names and titles. For example, kúkpi7, which is Secwépemctsín for chief, is not enterable in the name categories.
