For example, I'm sending an email from Zeffy and I want to send a reminder email to all of those who did not open or interact with that email.

The new update to the email creation is very limiting to say the least. We can only select a handful of templates but no longer have the ability to edit/add new modules (aside from copying an already existing module in the current template only). The previous version allowed to us to create from a blank template and add modules/components as needed. There is no longer an equivalent – only a plain text version. This is a major step backwards and could force us to move away from Zeffy for any communication needs.

I want to create relationships between contacts (Couple, Family, Company...)

I would like to ask my newsletter subscribers custom questions to populate my custom properties.

Hi Zeffy Community! 👋 I love using Zeffy for our fundraising, events, and peer-to-peer campaigns. But I've run into a gap I'm hoping someone can help with. Right now, I can track donations and donor history in Zeffy, but I can't easily log donor interactions — things like: • "Called John on 5/15 — interested in sponsoring our fall event" • "Met with Sarah — she wants to increase her recurring gift" • "Sent thank-you card to the Johnson family" This kind of relationship tracking is really important for stewarding donors, especially major gift prospects, and right now I'm having to manage it in a separate system or spreadsheet. My questions for the community: Has anyone found a way to log donor interactions/notes directly inside Zeffy that I might be missing? Has anyone successfully connected Zeffy with a free CRM like HubSpot to handle this? Is this something the Zeffy team is considering adding as a feature? Would love to hear how others are solving this. And if this is something Zeffy could build into the platform — even a simple "add a note" feature on a donor's contact record — that would make Zeffy a true one-stop shop for small nonprofits like ours! We have been tracking our membership for over 40 years on spreadsheets so many of our members are well before using Zeffy. The upload didn't recognize them as members so they don't show as active or have a membership number. There should be an import that allows previous existing data to update the contact information accurately.

I'd like to be able to use a Google form with more options/additional questions than the built in Email Sign Up forms, then have that automatically create new contacts. Additionally, I'd like those contacts to then sync and be both in Zeffy and in my Google contacts list.

For instance, we keep a separate newsletter sign up from our donor email list, and we ask folks if they'd like to sign up for the newsletter as well, and currently I have to manually check and add them to the newsletter list, it'd be great if you could make a new question type that automatically enrolls them in a manual list of our choosing upon selecting.

I just purchased a membership for my 15 year old son but the membership has my name on it I guess when I did the payment the name automatically used my name and I'm not sure if that's going to be a problem ?

I would love to be able to assign each ticket purchased for an event to different contacts. If a sponsorship comes with several tickets, for example, rather than have all the tickets under the buyer's name, I would like to assign the tickets to each of the attendees. It would make check-in easier: instead of using Ctrl+F to find attendees in the notes section, we could use the built-in search feature at check-in. Also, we would have a new contact card for each guest, expanding our donor database and creating a record of attendees.
