I'd like to be able to add a header on my emails.

It is almost impossible to get a list of current members, which seems like it should be easy. We should easily be able to get a report of current members (who have signed up for membership ON ANY FORM in the last 12 months), expiring members (members who's membership is due to expire in the next moth), and expired members.

Membership reminder email should have A LINK to a membership renewal page.

We recently sent our first email campaign (Smart Invite) to a long list of contacts. 175 of the emails presumably bounced and have a "Failed" status. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for me to clean these contacts in bulk. I have to manually click on each contact and then unsubscribe their account (I chose unsubscribe instead of deleting the contact). I think it would be useful to have a way to filter or otherwise segment contacts to bring up a list with "Failed" email events. This could be done in a number of ways: * Add an actual filter or contact type option for failed email events * Auto-assign a unique tag (e.g., "Bad Email") when there is a failed email event

Make an embeddable newsletter or sign up form so people can be added to contacts and/or mailing lists from our website. Would also be great to allow the person signing up to choose a 'segment' that they want to be a part of

Some events require lots of individual information as part of registration. Seems the ability to export is still there, but changed format this week? Just want to ask that the ability to export registrants information remain with all information they supply. Client has the export option when looking at registrants as the admin. As a member, it would be nice if I could see that also? Looked kinda stupid since I didn't see the option to export in the member version? For emails to work properly, I had to make client admin so they go out under client domain email.

I want to create relationships between contacts (Couple, Family, Company...)

We only deal with Canadians and the country code adds another added step for our donors.

Can you make it possible for all contacts (not just donors) to update their contact info and email preferences? We’d love a link in the footer of all emails that lets anyone update: Name, email, address Preferences for types of emails (news, events, fundraising, etc.) custom questions/fields you create Also, could you add a variable like {{update_preferences_link}} so we can include it in campaign emails? This would improve segmentation, data quality, and user experience for all nonprofits using Zeffy.
