The recent change to the “invite users” functionality has significantly disrupted our operations. Our organization works directly with law enforcement agencies, and the current requirement for users to sign up to view donation information is not compatible with their operational constraints. For transparency purposes, we request that all 33 of our active accounts be configured back to their previous settings to allow access via email address solely for viewing donation information, without requiring account creation or sign-up. Requiring law-enforcement partners to register creates confusion, adds unnecessary administrative burden, and ultimately deters participation in fundraising efforts. As a result of this change, we have discontinued inviting clients to their donation link on the platform, as the current process has proven counterproductive to transparency, efficiency, and engagement.
