I often want to have a shorter URL than the one that's automatically generated based on the name of my form. I don't want to shorten the name of my form, just the URL. It would be great if I could customize the URL for any form I create or clone.

It would be amazing if you could set membership expiration dated instead of being an automatic one year or be able to click box to have it just say good till end of year

When a check is entered manually, it would be helpful for the notification to be sent to the email addresses listed in the advanced settings of a campaign.

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

Similarly to when a new payment is logged manually, it would be nice if imported payments triggered my configured zap in Zapier when they are moved to a specific form. I recently imported payments to Zeffy and wanted this import to update the data in our CRM through my Zapier integration

I would like to create forms whit my phone, or change data. Thanks

It would be super helpful to have a ticket add-on option. For example, in one of my events I have a group ticket for an educator attending our conference with a group of 5 students set at a certain cost. Those purchasing that ticket type have the option to purchase more student tickets a discounted price. As it is now, I have to list that additional student ticket in with all of the other tickets with a description that only those purchasing the group ticket are eligible. So I currently have to check over each ticket purchase and make sure that the discounted student ticket hasn't been added to an order without the group ticket.

It helps when we use the shop to sell concessions in person, and the customers use a QR code to make a purchase. We do not have a way to confirm the purchase in real time unless we long into the email account and wait for a confirmation email, which can get confusing when there is a long list of email transactions.

The default label in events is "Ticket" which implies there is a ticket being issued. We are selling reservations not tickets.
