Feature requests

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

Like text boxes, images blocks, banners, etc.

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

Suggests that my members have to PAY for something but I am offering a free membership.

The new "create an event" does not permit to input RGB hex colour code in event color scheme. Pretty sure it used to. At moment, we can only pick a colour from a coloured rainbow, which is not very precise.

It would be nice to have the ability to have an active form that you need a code or password to access. This would really be helpful to allow event sales after the close of sales without having to open sales back up. The purchaser would only have to enter a code to be able to purchase tickets to the event. (Eventbrite has this feature)

It would be less confusing to the user if the button was customized. I’m creating a form for sponsorship levels for a golf event and the checkout button says “buy tickets”. It doesn’t make sense for my situation. Customizing the button to during the checkout would be ideal in this case so the user doesn’t get confused.

It would be very practical that after volunteers registered to some events, I can schedule them

It would be great if the system automatically generated a unique item number for each silent auction item and appended it to the title as a lead field. When managing over 80 items, a number is a super quick way to identify the item at the end of the auction. Plus, could we have a way to generate a mock-up of the complete winner and non-winner emails to allow the team to print them out in advance to train the silent auction staff on what to look for?

It would be nice to have an option for the organization to cover fees and get rid of the tip box and zeffy advertising. there are some cases when this would be preferred, but it still would be nice to have everything centralized without needing to use alterative platforms.
