Feature requests

There should be a permission/role that allows organization users with elevated permissions to access more in depth information and audits/logs. Right now I have multiple org users, but I have no way to audit their actions. I don't know who makes changes to a campaign, who changes a contact or why, etc.

For bounced emails, it would be helpful to see the rejection code/reason from the email provider. If its a hard vs soft bounce would determine if the email should be unsubscribed or not.

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

In mail chimp, I used to be able to directly from mail chimp post the newsletter to my facebook. Right now, there's no easy way to share a new newsletter. The suggestion says to screenshot it, but mine is long. You would take several screenshots and looks very messy. Mail chimp would have a list of all newsletters previously published as well, with links. I would at least like to be able to share it to social media in its original form or even as an image or pdf.

When running an event with multiple dates, it would be very helpful to have the ability to set certain prices for certain dates. The example being a preview/ matinee/weekday performance is cheaper than an evening/weekend performance. Having a ticket rate with a selection of which events they pertain to would be very helpful. In addition, having ticket rates that are only available to the admin or manual entry would also be helpful for tracking comp tickets and other admin details.

Attendees to our events have to fill out a waiver with our insurance company prior to attending. We’d like to have an admin field to mark who has completed this and sound an alert during check-in if the person is not marked as completed.

I wanted to see if there could add sizing options (S, M, L, XL, etc.) to our shop/store so that donors can select the correct size when purchasing clothing items.

We need a way for people to scan QR code from printed material to sign up for newsletter. Thanks!

We propose adding a feature that allows our members to store their digital membership cards directly in their Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. This enhancement would make membership access more convenient, secure, and accessible on the go. Members could quickly display their card for verification at events, receive updates or renewal reminders, and keep their Zeffy membership easily accessible without having to log into their account each time.
