I would like to reach out to my donors by text message and enable them to donate from their phone

When a user accesses a membership form, I would like there to be a feature where Zeffy identifies if that user already has an active membership running and where the user is notified of this on the form (i.e. Zeffy notifies them that they already have a membership expiring on X date).

I want the membership card title to reflect the type of membership my buyer selected, rather than the title of my form, and the possibility to customize the look/color/visuals of the membership card. / J'aimerais pouvoir personnaliser les informations affichées sur la carte de membre et pouvoir modifier l'image, la couleur et le look.

Agree very much with what other users have said below. The default tip at 17% is exhorbitant and easy to miss especially for people who aren't as savvy on the computer. It feels duplicitous and dishonest and requires much explaining to donors to help them avoid it. I would prefer an option to choose fees as a default like Givebutter or clarity in tip process with default toggled off like GiveLively. I will also need to switch platforms if this is not changed. We very much appreciate the aspiration and mission of Zeffy and would like to see it succeed.

Would be nice to have donations that have a fixed end and that donors can choose how they want to split their payments. For example, membership amount of $1200 3 payments/year.

When a returning donor wants to donate, I would like the suggested amounts to be customized based on their donation history.

I'd like to be able to notify my bidders automatically by text when they've been outbid.

Currently the variants are in the same column with the rate title. This makes it so that I can't sort my export by any of the variants such as design, color, or size. In the meantime I've had to discontinue using variants and go back to custom per item questions, which works, it just doesn't look as nice.

For our auction, we not only have silent auction items to bid on but we also also sell spots at parent parties. For example, we sell 20 tickets hosted by a donor, and each spot is worth $50, so we'd make $2000 if all the slots are filled. No one is outbid, just slots are filled. We built this within your other non-auction setup last year, which worked, but we'd love the ability to allow the community to preview the Parties within the auction platform as you would with the silent auction items. So it would be great if this feature would be added in as a way to build party slots as items among the bidding items, so that they can be previewed, opened and closed with the rest of the auction.

It would be great if secondary email addressed are automatically added to lists unless the donor/ admin doesn't want that to happen. Right now, only the primary email address in the member profile gets emails from a manual or automatic list. That means we have to create another member profile with a different email address, just to send two members from the same household our weekly email newsletter. It's confusing and if you have more than one admin, these additional member profiles can get deleted by mistake when someone is optimizing the database by deleting duplicate profiles that aren't caught by the merge duplicates feature.
